Jasco Construction LLC operates an SMS messaging program to communicate with field crew members (foremen, leads, and superintendents) for the following purposes:
Message frequency: 1–5 messages per business day. Message and data rates may apply.
Crew members are enrolled in our SMS program as part of their employment with Jasco Construction LLC. Consent is obtained verbally during onboarding. Employees are informed they will receive operational SMS messages at the phone number they provide to the company.

We collect: phone numbers, message content submitted by crew members (job reports, photos, materials lists), and message delivery status.
Information is used solely for internal construction field documentation, daily log generation, change order tracking, and crew communication management.
Mobile opt-in information, phone numbers, and messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances.
We do not sell, rent, lease, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with any third party for marketing or promotional use. Data may be shared only with service providers directly necessary to operate our messaging system (e.g., Twilio for message delivery).
All data is stored securely on encrypted servers. Access is limited to authorized Jasco Construction LLC personnel only.
